Notice to Town of Shelby Residents,
As of 3/12/2024, Public Works has opened the Leaf & Grass Bin.
Leaves, grass clippings, garden and flower bed debris may be placed in the concrete bunker in the Shelby Annex parking lot at 2801 Ward Ave.
DO NOT LEAVE bags, bins or any other containers behind with your grass clippings/ leaves.
DO NOT LEAVE brush clippings, branches, roots.
DO NOT LEAVE garbage, recycling, e-waste or other items behind.
Leaving prohibited materials or items behind may result in an unlawful-dumping citation ($200.00 fine).
